(Thro' VC) This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to quash the case in SC No.91 of 2017 pending on the file of the Mahila Court, Pudukottai.

4.Under the above circumstances, this court is of the considered view that at this stage, the relief sought for by the cannot be granted.

5.In view of the above fact, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial court namely the Mahila Court, Pudukottai, to dispose of the case in SC No.91 of 2017 purely on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
