The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.97 of 2022 on the file of the Family Court, Pudukkottai and transfer the same to the file of the Sub-Court, Kulithalai. 2.Despite notice has been served on the respondent, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent and his name is also printed in the cause list.

3.The petitioner/wife is the respondent in H.M.O.P.No.97 of 2022 filed before the Family Court, Pudukottai, by the respondent/husband. It is submitted that the petitioner/wife is living with her parents and is depending on them and she has a minor child aged about 2 years who is under care. Therefore, it is difficult for the petitioner to travel from Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District to the Family Court in Pudukottai. Hence, the petitioner prays the transfer. 2/4

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and H.M.O.P.No.97 of 2022 on the file of the Family Court, Pudukkottai, is withdrawn and ordered to be transferred to the file of the Sub-Court, Kulithalai.
