ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.185 of 2017 dated 11.09.2017 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent to any other competent authorities. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 08.01.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was adjourned to 29.01.2021, and on that day also, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
3.As per the information furnished by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), it is seen that investigation has been completed by the first respondent and charge sheet has been filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate and also the matter was posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 02.02.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
