upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.K.RAGHUL PRIYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.M.ANBUNITHI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and of Mr.R.SUNDAR, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent Nos.2 to 6, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted by this Court to respondent Nos.2 to 6 herein in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19757 of 2023 dated 01.03.2024.

2. It is seen that even though an order has been passed granting anticipatory bail, the petitioners have not surrendered before the Court, and neither they executed the sureties and as such, the order has already been worked itself out.

3. It is now open for the respondent police to arrest the accused. Therefore, this is not a case for cancellation of anticipatory bail.

4. Recording the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of.
