Respondents/Respondents Prayer :- This Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to Direct the inspector of police C5, Karimedu police station Madurai to conduct reinvestigation of the case in Cr No. 1356/2013 pending on his file and further direct him to file the supplementary charge sheet within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Honourable court and pass such any or other order as this Honourable Court. ORDER:- This Petition coming up for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 15.07.2021 and the requisition letter of the I Additional District Judge Madurai vide letter in D.No.0988/2021 dated 16/02/2022, and this Court made the following order:
By letter, dated 16.02.2022 addressed to the Registrar (Judicial), the learned I Additional District Judge, Madurai has requested further time of two months to dispose of the case in S.C.No.576 of 2016.
2. Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended for a further period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court, dated 15.07.2021.
