Crl.OP(MD)No.17113 of 2017 submitted that in this case, 107 Cr.P.C proceedings initiated against the petitioners for a period of six months has lapsed and the first respondent has closed the proceedings initiated against the petitioners under section 110 Cr.P.C.

3.Recording the above, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
