This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.15 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur.

2.It is represented by the learned counsel for the second respondent that the case in C.C.No.15 of 2013 has been transferred from the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur to the file of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Aravakurichi, Karur District and renumbered as C.C.No.20 of 2019. 3.Inspite of repeated adjournments, there was no representation for the petitioner and no steps have also been taken to amend the petition. Even today also there is no representation for the petitioner.
