This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in D.V.O.P.No.23 of 2017, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur, insofar as the petitioners herein are concerned.

2.This petition is pending without being admitted from the year 2017 onwards and this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings at this stage.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the presence of the petitioners may be dispensed with.

4.The presence of the petitioners is dispensed with and they shall be represented by a counsel and they shall be present before the Court below as and when required during important dates of hearings.
