(Thro' VC) This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records from the respondent police in Crime No.452 of 2017 and quash the same.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to property dispute, on 20.11.2017, the petitioner along with 10 accused persons trespassed into the house of the de-facto complainant and threatened to vacate the house property immediately and also abused by using filthy language as against them and damaged his household articles worth about Rs.5,000/-.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents submitted that in this case, charge sheet has been filed before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.OP(MD)No.17299 of 2017 Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri and it was assigned as CC No.456 of 2020.

4.The said fact is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

5.Recording the above, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
