on 12.09.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 03.09.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 49, 296(b), 126(2), 127(2), 103(1) and 351(3) BNS in Crime No. 386 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the first accused along with 17 other accused have assaulted the deceased using knife, due to which, he died.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police strongly opposes to grant bail to the petitioner stating that the petitioner is having eight previous cases in his credit. 4.Considering the nature of allegation as against the petitioner that he has attacked the deceased and also considering the bad antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. sd/- 09/10/2024 / TRUE COPY / /10/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
