ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.09.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 12.09.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 49, 296(b), 126(2), 127(2), 103(1) and 351(3) BNS in Crime No. 386 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the first accused along with 17 other accused have assaulted the deceased using knife, due to which, he died.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police strongly opposes to grant bail to the petitioner stating that the petitioner is having twelve previous cases in his credit. 4.Even though the petitioner is not having any specific overt act against him, considering the nature of allegations and also considering the bad antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 2/3
