ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A3, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.02.2024 for the offence punishable under Section 341,294(b),302, 506(2) of IPC, in Crime No.24 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 10.02.2024 the petitioner along with other accused wrongfully restrained the deceased, abused the deceased in filthy language and attacked him aruval and caused his death. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was arrested on 11.02.2024 in connection with this case and he is in custody for more than eight months. He would further submit that initially the petitioner was detained under Act 14 of 1982 and subsequently it was quashed by this Court, hence he seeks bail.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor objected to grant bail stating that the petitioner is involved in one murder case and two other hurt cases. He would further submit that the petitioner herein has indiscriminately attacked the deceased and caused his death.

Taking into consideration the fact and circumstance of the case and also the fact that though investigation is completed and final report has been filed, taking note of the fact that the petitioner herein has specific overt act of indiscriminately attacking the deceased and also the fact that the petitioner is having a previous case under Section 302 of IPC, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
