This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate and file a final report in Cr.No.889 of 2015.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that since the FIR has been registered in the year 2015, he requested to direct the respondent to file a final report at early. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) represented that the investigation will be completed within a period of 3 months. 4.Considering the submission of both side, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
