PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records of the first respondent in Detention Order No.92/2022 dated 03.10.2022 (TPDA. No.8273 dated 04.10.2022) setting aside the order of detention passed therein dated 03.10.2022 and directing the respondents to produce the petitioner's husband (the detenu) by namely, Nalliyappan, son of Ponnalagan, aged about 58 years, before this Court, now detained in Central Prison, Madurai and set him at liberty.

herein, has already been revoked by the competent authority. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous.
2. The said position is not controverted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
