ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders, to direct the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner's husband J.Vijison Raj, dated 05.10.2024 and take actions against the fourth respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR.No.296 of 2024 came to be registered and after conducting enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Writ Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings in the manner known to law. No costs.
