ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking to pass an order directing the 2nd respondent to register the complaint dated of the petitioner dated 29.11.2017, after holding preliminary enquiry and then, to proceed with further, in accordance with law. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the complaint has been enquired and closed by advising the parties to approach the Civil Court and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.

3.In the light of the above statement, this criminal original petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent civil Court and seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law.
