This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the impugned order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3815 of 2017, dated 07.11.2017. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and a final report has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, on 16.05.2018 and the same has been taken on file in P.R.C.No.23 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 417, 376, 312, 294(b) and 506 (ii) of IPC.

3.In view of the above development, this Court is not inclined to pass any orders in this Criminal Original Petition and recording https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
