2.When the matter came up for hearing, there is no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondents submitted that the Petitioner's brother is juvenile and he is involved in three cases in Crime Nos.66, 97 and 321 of 2021 on the file of SIPCOT Police Station.

4.Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the Petitioner is directed to co-operate with the pending investigation.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
