This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.181 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Thuraiyiur.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 06.01.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Hence, the matter was adjourned to 29.01.2021, and on that day also, there was no presentation on behalf of the petitioners. 3.As per the information furnished by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), it is seen that three witnesses were examined before the Trial Court. The matter was posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 02.02.2021.
