ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused No.1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the 1/3
respondent police for the offences punishable under section 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.293 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. There is no representation on the side of the petitioner.
3. It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police that it is a case of job racketing and the petitioner has cheated a sum of Rs.19,00,000/- from the defacto complainant, promising him to secure jobs from the Central Government. But the petitioner neither returned the money, nor provided him any job.
4. Considering the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant the anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
