O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.17 of 2017 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court(Judicial Magistrate), Tiruchirappalli.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the case is at the final stage and it is now posted for the cross examination on the part of the petitioner's side.

3. The learned counsel appearing on the side of the petitioners submitted that, petitioners 2 to 8 have nothing to do with the present case and they have been unnecessarily made as parties, only to harass them. Learned counsel, therefore requested this Court to dispense with their appearance.

4. The presence of the petitioners 2 to 8 is dispensed with and they shall be represented by a counsel before the Court below. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17774 of 2017 learned Additional Mahila Court (Judicial Magistrate), Tiruchirappalli is directed to dispose of D.V.C.No.17 of 2017 within a period of two(2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With these directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
