O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for reinvestigation of the case in Crime No.147 of 2017 on the ground that the respondent police have not taken effective steps to investigate the suspicious death of the husband of the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case is still pending at the stage of investigation.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
