ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition to issue a direction to the respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint, dated 25.11.2017 and investigate the case in accordance with law.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.11.2017, has been registered in Crime No.95 of 2018 on 16.07.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 324 of IPC. He has also produced a copy of the FIR before this Court. 3.Recording the above said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
