2.Inspite of repeated adjournments, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was adjourned to 23.02.2021, and on that day also, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was posted under the caption 'for dismissal' today (04.03.2021).
