PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents No.1 to 4 to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his residing house comprised in New Survey No.210/3A, U.D.R.Survey No.251/3A4, Part and Survey No.209/2A1 Part- UDR Survey No.250/2A1C Part to an extent of 13449 sq.ft situated at keezha Kalkandarkottai Road, Ariyamangalam Village, Trichy District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 02.11.2019 For Petitioner : Mr.A.Joel Paul Antony For Respondents : Mr.R.Anandaraj Additional Public Prosecutor

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents No.1 to 4 to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his residing house comprised in New Survey No.210/3A, U.D.R.Survey No.251/3A4, Part and Survey No.209/2A1 Part- UDR Survey No.250/2A1C Part to an extent of 13449 sq.ft situated at keezha Kalkandarkottai Road, Ariyamangalam Village, Trichy District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 02.11.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a complaint has been lodged as against the fifth respondent and on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16899 of 2019 receipt of the same, the fourth respondent issued CSR No.122 of 2019. Thereafter they entered into compromise. Even then the third respondent demolished the entire compound wall belonging to the petitioner on 02.10.2010 which is situated in New Survey No.210/3A, U.D.R.Survey No.251/3A4, Part and Survey No.209/2A1 Part- UDR Survey No.250/2A1C Part to an extent of 13449 sq.ft situated at keezha Kalkandarkottai Road, Ariyamangalam Village, Trichy District and in this regard he lodged a complaint on 02.11.2019.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that no complaint was received by the fourth respondent till today.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint and on receipt of the same, the fourth respondent is directed to conduct enquiry after issuing notice to the fifth respondent and pass orders on merits and inaccordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
