PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.3 of 2024 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 408, 468, 471, 477(A), 420 r/w. 34 of IPC,

in Crime No.3 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

3. Considering the nature of allegations against the petitioner that there are two cases. In the present case, the petitioner is said to have caused a loss to the tune of Rs.48,38,500/-, and in the connected case, another Rs.17,00,000/- is said to have been misappropriated, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
