O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the contemnor states that the order passed by this Court regarding the visitation rights will be strictly complied with. In fact he produced photographs to show that the mother was present along with the child before the Court below on the last hearing date. But then, the petitioner herein did not choose to appear. On the last hearing date, he had gone on Iyappa pilgrimage.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the contemnor states that the order passed by this Court will be complied with in letter and spirit.
