O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to produce the body or person of the detenue, Saranya, D/o.Ravi, aged about 19 years, who has been missing from 01.11.2019 before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.494 of 2019 under Woman Missing. Thereafter, now the respondent police investigated the matter and also suspected that the victim girl namely the daughter of the petitioner eloped with one Prasanth and their whereabouts is not known.

3.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to secure the victim and complete the investigation within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
