ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court that an appeal preferred by him under the Patta Pass Book Act before the first respondent on 04.09.2020 is still pending.
2. Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submits that the parties have not co-operated with the first respondent in the enquiry proceedings and therefore, the petitioner's appeal could not be disposed of.
3. Considering the fact that the petitioner's appeal is of the year 2020 and the same is still pending without any progress, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to 2/4
conclude the appeal proceedings and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
