ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.3, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 379 of I.P.C. r/w Section 21(v) of TNMMDR Act, in Crime No.236 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 21.09.2023 at about 05.00 p.m., on 1/3

receiving secret information the defacto complainant went to the occurrence spot. At that time, they found the petitioner was involved in illegal transportation of gravel sand from Poramboke land. Hence, the case.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is having three previous cases. Out of which, two cases are similar in nature.
