ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking to struck off the petition in H.M.O.P.No.33 of 2019 on the file of the Family Court, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur.

2. This Court, by order dated 19.10.2023, called for a report from the concerned Principal District Judge with regard to the status of H.M.O.P.No.33 of 2019 in the trial Court. Accordingly, the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur, has sent a report, wherein it is stated that the Hindu Marriage Original Petition in H.M.O.P.No.33 of 2019 on the file of the Family Court, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur, was disposed of by order dated 04.01.2022.

3. In view of the above, as already the original petition itself was disposed of, in the considered opinion of this Court, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.
