PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.46 of 2024 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 of IPC, in Crime No.46 of 2024 on 1/3

the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner himself is a victim. He is not the owner of the agency. He has also suffered loss. Only because it was like a multi level marketing. He has canvassed the few persons. Except the same, the petitioner has got no other liability.

3. I have considered the said submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. However, it can be seen that a franchise agreement is also produced on behalf of the prosecution. The petitioner claims himself to be the franchisee of the Onyx Academy and Consultancy as far as Dindigul is concerned and therefore, he has also collected amount from the others. The bank transaction is also shown in the petitioner's account. In view of thereof, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
