ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

3. Even though the concerned counsel is withdrawing the application, the respondent police is directed to investigate the matter thoroughly, there seems to be totally a different amount shown in the sale deed and different amount which is transacted between the parties. Appropriate action for ending stamp duty and registration charges has also to be initiated.
