ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner / sole accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 409 and 420 of IPC in Crime No.not known of 2017 on the file of the first respondent Police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that relating to the transaction between the petitioner and the defacto complainant,a case has been registered by the first respondent police and due to the money transaction, the present complaint has been filed. 4.When the matter camp up earlier, the respondent police was directed to file a report. However, till the date no report is filed.

5.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that since the complaint is pending on the file of the first respondent Police, he could not get any instructions. 6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner only for a period of two weeks with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned. It is made clear that this order shall be valid only for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Before completion of such period, the petitioner may approach the concerned jurisdictional Court for appropriate relief. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
