PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representations dated 28.12.2022 and 16.08.2023 with regard to EPF Payment of Rs.54328/- with 12% interest per annum in EPF UAN Number 100751873076 and EPF UAN Number 100617644560 within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the writ petitioner and pass appropriate orders with regard to the Employees Provident Fund Payment.
2. Pending writ petition, the petitioner as well as the officials of the first respondent have settled the issue and a sum of Rs.96,866/- (Rupees Ninty Six Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty Six only) has been paid towards Employees Provident Fund Payment amount and sanction has been 2/4
granted for repayment of the pension contribution.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent has given an undertaking that the sanction of the pension contribution amount of Rs.32,288/- (Rupees Thirty Two Thousand Two Hundred and Eighty Eight only) will be released shortly.
4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
