ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to release the petitioner's vehicle by branding name "Honda Active" bearing Registration No.TN 95 E0612 pending disposal of the confiscation proceedings of the 1st respondent Police Station in connection with FIR in Crime No.352 of 2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents submitted that the respondents have already auctioned the vehicle. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.
