ORDER:- This Petition coming up for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order and the letter D.No.711/2020, dated 01/09/2020 from the Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, this Court made the following order:

This Court, by order dated 03.09.2019, directed the learned Judicial Magistrate, Velliyoor, to dispose the case in S.T.C.No.875 of 2019, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order.

2.Now, vide letter dated 01.09.2020, a request has been made by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Velliyoor, seeking extension of three months time, stating that due to lock down owing to COVID-19 pandemic situation, trial could not be conducted, within the time stipulated by this Court.

3.Considering the request made, time granted by this Court, vide order dated 03.09.2019, in Crl.O.P(MD)NO.2585 of 2017, is extended by three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
