ORDER: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.PALANI VELAYUTHAM, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.N.RAHAMADULLAH, Advocate for the respondent, the court made the following order:- Since the dispute involved is a matrimonial dispute between the parties, the matter may be referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench. 2.The Registry is directed to refer this matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre and the parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre on 25.06.2019. The Mediation Centre is directed to take up the matter and start the mediation process.
