This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the Respondent 1 and 2 to not to harass the Petitioner in the guise of enquiry
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that petition enquiry is pending.
3. In view of the same, the Respondent 1 and 2 are directed to issue summons, hold enquiry as per the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013 (6) CTC 353 . The Petitioner is directed to cooperate with the pending enquiry. The Investigating Officer shall act accordingly.
