COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 296(b), 351 and 318(4) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.Not Known of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, it is seen that the accused in both the criminal original petitions are one and the same, and for the same accused, two different learned counsels have presented these petitions.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) submits that petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner in both the petitions.

4. Recording the same, these Criminal Original Petitions are closed with a direction to the petitioner in both the petitions to appear before the respondent police on 30.10.2024 and thereafter, the respondent police shall complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks therefrom.
