ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 11 or any other relevant provisions of POCSO Act, 2012 in Crime.No.Not known of 2024, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners have committed sexual harassment on a 15 year old minor girl child. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and their names have been falsely implicated in this case and he prays for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners. He further submitted that the petitioners are being harassed by the respondent police demanding them to surrender.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that no case or petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners herein on the file of the respondent police.

5. Considering the fact that no case or petition enquiry is pending as against the petitioners, this court is inclined to dismiss this petition. 2/3
