COMMON JUDGMENT (Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.) Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and 5 made a submission that the period of lease expired in 2012 and after expiry of the lease, further auction was conducted for one year.

2. In view of the development brought to our notice, the cause deserves no further adjudication. More so, the appellants herein are the successful bidders and deposited the lease amount for one year. That being the factum, the Writ Appeals are closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. (S.M.S.,J.)
