PRAYER in CRL.O.P(MD)No.9306 of 2017: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying this Court to withdraw the case bearing D.V.O.P.No.1 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Ottanchathtiram and subsequently transfer the same to any other competent Court within the District of Madurai forthwith.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
