The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 376 IPC r/w. 511, 506(1) and 354(A) of IPC in Crime.No.25 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the nature of allegations in this case that the petitioner is said to have sexually harassed his own daughter-in-law and has even attempted to commit rape on her, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
