the investigation in Crime no.98 of 2023 and conclude the same and file the final report before the concerned Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent seeks one month time to file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.98 of 2023 before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
