ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police 1/3
for the alleged offence under Sections 120B, 420, 465, 468, 471, 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.10 of 2024, seek anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks bail on the ground that the petitioner is a bonafide purchaser.
4. Per Contra, it is the assertion of the learned Counsel for the intervenor that even though it is mentioned in the sale deed of the petitioners that the sale consideration is paid by way of a cheque, the said cheque was never encashed which would itself show that the petitioners are not bonafide purchasers.
5. In view of the said argument that it is prima facie pleaded before the Court that the petitioners are not bonafide purchasers, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail.
