ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.2, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 9 (B)(1)(a) of the Indian Explosives Act, 1884 in Crime No.250 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is the Village Administrative Officer. On 30.06.2023, on information he checked the Sanjai Fire Works, Meenampatti, Sivakasi Taluk, belonged to A1. A2 is the Manager of the Fire Works, in that factory under the Supervision of A3, they manufactured crackers illegally without license and crackers and other accessories were recovered from that factory. Hence, the case.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.It was submitted that earlier the petitioner got anticipatory bail from the Principal District and sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District. He wanted to modify the deposit imposed upon him by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge. In stead of filing modification petition, he has filed this petition, which is not maintainable.
