ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent and the learned standing counsel for the second respondent.

2.The petitioner had participated in the subject recruitment process. She is an aspirant for the post of P.G. Assistant (Economics). According to her, the key answers in respect of two questions are palpably wrong. I decline to go into the merits of the matter for the simple reason that the petitioner is guilty of laches. The final selection list was issued by the respondent board on 17.09.2022. The appointment orders were issued on 14.10.2022. The writ petitioner did not even lodge her objection at the appropriate time. If at this stage, I entertain the writ petition, it would definitely open floodgates. 2/4

3.The writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
