Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RADHAKRISHNAN G, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No. 18716 of 2022, dated 19.10.2022 as the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Moolakaraipatti Police Station, Tirunelvlei District.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD).No. 18716 of 2022, dated 19.10.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of police, Thiruppur Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
