ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 109(2) and 351(3) BNS, in Crime No.218 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous motive, the petitioner and other accused said to have assaulted the defacto complainant and her husband using sword and caused injuries. Hence, the complaint. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police strongly opposes to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner stating that the petitioner is having four previous cases in his credit.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the bad antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
